We allow our members to use nicknames, so it's possible for you not to share your real name on Experts Online.

We also recommend you don’t include any personal information in your nickname. Using your first or last name as a nickname is not a good idea.

Only members who have an active subscription can ask questions on Experts Online. If you have already purchased our subscription, go to Experts Online, click on the Go to chat button, and type your question into the Chat form. You can then chat with the expert until your problem is solved.

How many questions can I ask here?

Experts Online members have no limits. You can ask as many questions as you like while your subscription is active.

How can I change my question or reply?

Unfortunately, you can't edit your questions and replies on Experts Online. If you want to change or clarify something, just send a new message to your expert. To do this, type your message into the Chat form and click on the Send button.

How to add attachments to my questions?

To add attachments to your question, click on the paperclip icon when creating your question, choose the file you want to add, and confirm the upload. If it’s successful, your photo or file will appear below the text box.

What attachments can I add to my questions?

You can add photos and files up to 5 MB to your questions on Experts Online. If your attachment is larger, you’ll have to resize it.

How can I get an expert answer here?

You don’t need to search for an expert on our site. You just need to type your question into the Chat form and wait until we match you up with a specialist who has the necessary knowledge base and professional background to answer it. You can then chat with your expert until you get the working solution to your problem.

Will you notify me when an expert answers my question?

Yes, we'll send you a notification via email, SMS, or another communication channel when an expert answers your question.

How do I sign up for notifications about my answers?

You don’t have to do anything. Notifications are triggered automatically by our system, which reacts to any activity in chat.

How fast can I get an expert answer to my question?

You can view all answers to your questions on the Chat page. Just sign in and open it.

How do I rate an expert’s answer?

Giving feedback is easy! Simply click on the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon located to the right of the Chat form. This will allow you to rate your expert and help us maintain our commitment to quality.

What if I accidentally gave a positive rating, but I'm not satisfied with the answer?

No problem! If you accidentally gave a positive rating but still feel unsatisfied with the expert's response, simply click on the thumbs-down icon. The expert will be notified about it and will do their best to improve your experience. And remember, if you need further assistance, you can always request a new expert by contacting us at support@expertsonline.com.

If you have some problems logging in, start with checking your username and password. Make sure you enter the same username (your email address) and password you used when signing up.

If you can't remember your password, visit this page to reset it. Enter your email address into the form and click on the Reset password button.

After that, search for the email from Experts Online in your Inbox.

If you see a message that your email address is already taken, it usually means that you used this email address to sign up to Experts Online in the past. Simply enter this email address to sign in.

If you can't remember your password either, click on this link to receive a new one. Then, use your email address and new password to sign in to your Experts Online account.

I don't want to receive email notifications from you. How can I unsubscribe?

We use your email address to notify you about important system events, like the first response from your expert in the chat. However, if you want to unsubscribe from our email notifications, you can open any email received from Experts Online, scroll to the bottom, and click on the Unsubscribe link there.

How to delete my Experts Online account?

Unfortunately, you can’t delete your account manually, but you can ask our Customer Care team to do it for you by sending them an email at support@expertsonline.com.

  1. You don't have a subscription yet. Only members with an active subscription can ask questions to experts on Experts Online.
  2. You are not signed in to your account. Sign in and try to ask your question again.

How do I pay for a Experts Online subscription?

We charge you automatically every 28 days starting from the date you subscribed. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime you like in your account.

My payment was declined. What happened?

Here are a few common reasons why your payment on Experts Online may be declined:
  • You accidentally entered incorrect credit card details (it may be the card number, security code, or expiration date). Check the information you entered and re-enter it as shown on your card.
  • There are not enough funds in your bank account to purchase or renew your subscription. Make sure you have enough money to cover the subscription amount.
  • Your credit or debit card has expired. Reissue your card or link another card to your Experts Online account.
  • Your credit or debit card is on security hold. It means that the issuer has put a security hold on your card. Call the toll-free number on the back of your card to clarify the situation and inform the issuer of the card you are trying to make purchase on our site.
